THE LOUIS PARTNERSHIP, INC., established in 1980, is involved in the development and construction of high quality, single-family homes, built to suit, and townhomes. The firm is also involved in the construction of alterations and additions to older homes as well as the construction of new and the renovation of older commercial and institutional facilities.
Frederick R. Louis, Jr., Principal of The Louis Partnership, Inc.
Fred Louis began his construction career in 1972 in Atlanta, Georgia where he joined Ryan Homes, Inc. Fred began on a framing crew and then moved up into a supervisory position where he directed the construction of as many as 40 homes a year. In this position, Fred gained broad experience in construction management. Fred returned to Louisville in 1978 and established a construction company with Robert J. Thieneman under the name of Louis & Associates until he joined The Louis Partnership, Inc. in 1980. Fred currently directs the construction of all The Louis Partnership, Inc.'s construction projects. Fred is a member of the National Association of Homebuilders and the Louisville Homebuilders Associations.
Hunter G. Louis, Principal of The Louis Partnership, Inc.
Hunter Louis oversees new project development, homes design, and business management of The Louis Partnership, Inc. He received a masters degree in Urban Planning from Pratt Institute and has completed graduate courses towards an MBA at Bellarmine College. Hunter Louis is a charter member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and a charter member of the American Planning Association.
